Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

Bookings are subject to availability.
A valid phone number and email address must be provided.
Check-in is after 2:00 PM; check-out is before 12:00 PM.

2. Payment

Full payment or a deposit of RM50 is required to confirm a booking.
Extra mattress/toto is available at RM10 per booking.

Cancellation & Changes

No cancellations or refunds are allowed after booking.
Date changes are allowed if informed before check-in (subject to availability).

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances.
